Sr. Graphic Designer

DI is looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and support a wide range of client and internal initiatives. What You'll Do
- Concept, design, and produce creative work from ideation through final production—branding, marketing materials, presentations, environmental displays, websites, campaigns, and more.
- Create digital assets including social graphics, email templates, and web elements.
- Produce clean, production-ready files for both print and digital output.
- Contribute to creative strategy alongside the Creative Director on marketing initiatives and brand development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective, insight-driven design solutions.
- Support corporate events, photo shoots, and content creation.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience.
- Compelling typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience in web/UI design.
- Solid understanding of both print production and digital best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A versatile portfolio showcasing high-quality, diverse design work.
- Bonus: experience in video editing, motion graphics, or photography.
