Warehouse Manager

Full-Time

Design & Integration, a Technology Integration Company, in business for 30 years, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to support operations within our 15,000 sq ft facility.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse while maintaining accurate control of the inventory that moves through our facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in supply chain or a related field looking to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, as well as for an experienced professional interested in taking ownership within a smaller, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and knowledgeable in warehouse operations and inventory management practices. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Management:

  • Overseeing all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, organization, and internal material movement.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate intake of inbound shipments from vendors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain proper labeling, tracking, and storage of all materials.
  • Routine inventory of fixed assets: work vans, work boxes, engineering test equipment, etc.

Safety Compliance:

  • Ensures that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and standards.
  • Supports implementation and adherence to operational procedures and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain and inventory management within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control practices.
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
  • Experience coordinating and managing freight and inbound logistics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
