This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, with responsibilities spanning the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance. The TAS will work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities
Essential duties, but not limited to:
- Be the architect of our recruitment process – from concept to completion. Collaborates in the development and coordination of a comprehensive talent acquisition/recruiting strategy focused on vendor relations, technology, and creative sourcing methods to identify high potential, diverse talent for hard to fill key position, in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
- Recruiting efforts include sourcing candidates from the industry (head hunting), managing college recruiting, coordinating all related recruiting materials and logistics, pre-screening candidates, and all on-boarding activities. You will also conduct onboarding evaluations, stay interviews and exit interviews.
- Collaborate with department managers to craft precise job descriptions that set the stage for finding the perfect fit.
- Stay ahead of the curve by utilizing cutting-edge recruiting methods that align with industry standards and our company’s unique needs.
- Brings recruiting best practices, latest techniques, and industry trends by continuously assessing process improvements, creating efficiencies, and leveraging tools to enhance the talent acquisition experience from multiple external and internal factors.
- Drive our recruitment campaigns – post, advertise, network and bring in the best of the best!
- Take charge of the interview and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with managers and directors, playing a key role in candidate selection.
- Be the expert during the offer process – from negotiating salaries to finalizing start dates, you’ll ensure that everything falls into place.
- Keep us compliant with all employment laws and regulations, while also participating in exciting college job fairs and recruiting events.
- And that’s just the beginning! You’ll also take on special projects that make your role as diverse and rewarding as the talent you bring in.
Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:

- A knack for creating effective sourcing strategies that fill positions at all levels.
- A proactive, independent approach that ensures you’re always ahead of deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices, with a quick grasp of applicant-tracking and other recruitment systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, because you’re as organized as you are innovative.
Your Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in recruiting for technical positions is a plus.
