Multimedia Designer
Full Time Creative Problem Solver
Design & Integration (DI) is looking for a full-time Multimedia Designer to join our Creative Team. We need an energetic individual who thrives on versatility and can create a variety of design assets, from digital content to print materials.
The ideal candidate is a creative leader capable of transforming concepts and ideas into engaging deliverables. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and an organized work style. We seek a self-motivated designer who enjoys working independently and can also contribute effectively in group collaborations.
The Multimedia Designer will responsible for providing creative services such as motion design, animation, and video editing for client projects, and assisting with DI’s marketing and internal communication initiatives as-needed.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with DI’s team members and other vendors such as writers, photographers, and animators to concept, storyboard and deliver high-quality work.
- Responsible for providing motion graphics, animation, and video editing for client-based projects.
- Update and manage client’s video wall content.
- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Video Production Efforts:
- Assist with video production projects.
- Manage inventory of DI’s video equipment.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance creative processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and creative output.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and implementing innovative approaches within the team.
Creative Direction, Marketing and Branding:
- Work with the Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies that align with the overall brand vision and goals.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to the team, guiding the development of engaging designs, copy, and multimedia content for DI.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of video production, camera operation, and lighting.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
- Works without supervision
- Organized and efficient multitasker
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software
- An understanding of digital and print production, video production, graphic design, and industry best practices
- A strong decision maker
