Currently we are seeking a full-time bookkeeper that will handle accounts payable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and other clerical duties. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel is a must! We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, detail oriented, and exceptionally organized.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
