Low Voltage Technician
Design & Integration (DI), a leading integrated technology company in Baltimore, is looking for an Installation Technician to join our team. The preferred candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience with low voltage technology or a similar trade, and will have excellent customer service skills. Experience with audiovisual system setup and troubleshooting is preferred. Manufacturer training such as Extron, Crestron, Biamp, Tandberg, Polycom, Cisco, or Christie is a plus.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in audiovisual installation or related field preferred
- Construction experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex audiovisual systems
- Ability to work independently
- General mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- CTS and other industry certifications preferred
