Creative Services Project Manager

At Design & Integration (DI), we bridge creativity and technology, crafting immersive experiences in the built environment. Our Creative Department is growing, and we need a Creative Services Project Manager to help drive our vision forward. What You'll Do
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative services clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on branding, visual identity, digital campaigns and other creative deliverables.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects—from concept to execution—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and freelancers to produce high-impact creative deliverables.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, renewals, and financial reporting for assigned accounts.
- Lead annual client planning meetings, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support the Creative Director in aligning creative efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
Marketing & Branding Coordination:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that reinforce DI’s brand vision.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to our team of designers and content creators.
- Manage the production of marketing material, presentations, proposals, training content and other material.
- Support the planning and implementation of digital campaigns, and monitor DI’s online presence.
- Assist with event planning, training sessions, and company-wide brand initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, design or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, account management or creative services.
- A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
- A passion for branding, storytelling and strategic marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills—clear and collaborative.
- A thorough understanding of digital and print production, design, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
