DI installed an audiovisual system for the new Lassen Volcanic National Park’s Kohm Yah-mah-nee Visitor Center. The audiovisual systems were designed by the National Park Service and were installed in their multipurpose room, outside amphitheater, and information display.

The multipurpose room features a Panasonic projector accompanied with a Da-Lite 78”x139” perforated screen, and an Electrosonic High Definition Media player. The surround sound audio system includes Klipsch loudspeakers, QSC power amplifiers, a Shure audio mixer, Shure microphones and wireless microphone system, and a Listen assistive listening system. The system is controlled with a custom-built control panel.

The outdoor Amphitheater features a Panasonic projector and lens, along with a Da-Lite rear projection screen. The audio system consists of Renkus-Heinz loudspeakers, an EAW monitor loudspeaker, a Shure audio mixer, Shure microphones and wireless microphone system, QSC power amplifier, RDL power amplifier, and a Listen assistive listening system.

Located in the lobby is an information display that includes a 46” LCD monitor on an articulating Chief mount.
